Dr. Virginia D. Moody has been President/CEO of Moody & Associates since 2005 and has served individuals and corporations around the world for over 25 years.  With specialties in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Change Management and Business Development, Dr. Moody uses her unique God-designed processes to teach, coach and speak to fortune companies, small businesses, and individuals whose desire is to live out their purpose and to be all they were designed to be.  Dr. Moody uses scriptures for everything she does and puts God first as her priority.

With over 25 years in the HR industry (working for the Department of Defense, fortune companies and nonprofits), Dr. Moody has designed curriculum and managed projects in the million dollar range and has managed audiences and clients all over the world.  She is the result of many people, called by God, who invested in her growth over the years.

Dr. Moody has designed five businesses directed by God (SeaTraining, God’s Girlfriends, Koach4Kids and Moody & Associates, and AscendGate) with one more project currently being completed.  A certified Life/Business/Career/Executive Coach, Dr. Moody’s purpose is to ignite and excite others to live out their passion to earn their paychecks using their God-given talents and skills to further His kingdom.

Virginia’s educational background includes:  The Bible, God as her CEO, a Bachelors in Vocational Education/Curriculum Design; two Masters in Human Resources and in Business Management; and a Doctorate in Adult Leadership and Education.

She is the owner of a wonderful husband of 44 years (smile), 3 beautiful adult children and two awesome grandchildren who rolls her socks up and down every day.
