NACWE is built on the love and connection of friendships. We support women who are building their dreams; we could not survive the entrepreneurial journey without the power of friendship. This has been evident to me all along as I started my own coaching business, and again when I created the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs.

I saw it live in action during the Inspired Women Event in April 2011 as we all met in person for the first time in Dallas. None of this would have been possible with just me and God alone. He knows we are better in relationship and thus he has given us the great gift of friendship.

I have seen gutsy gals in NACWE ~ I see how brave you are and how willing you are to make a bold move. We inspire one another and draw greatness from each other.

We have laughed together, cried together, enjoyed comfort food and Starbucks together.

We give each other permission to succeed, to have fun – and even to fail. When necessary, we just re-group and start over. We don’t quit.

We know we don’t have to “keep it together” all the time. We help each other. We can be real and vulnerable with each other. We are always growing and learning as we move more fully into being who God created us to be.

We want to celebrate that with our 2^nd annual “Join with a Friend event!”

During the month of September, we recognize International Women’s Friendship Month by allowing you and a friend a chance to get connected for the price of one full membership.

Here’s how it works:

• One member must sign up and make the payment.
• The paying member (Friend #1) and the friend (Friend #2) will decide on their own payment arrangements. Friend #1 must send us an email with the name and email of friend #2 so we can set her up with her own membership.
• This promotion ends on September 30^th at 12:00 CST midnight, no exceptions.
• This promotion will not be a part of our affiliate program.

These beautiful women ~ Kelly Thorne Gore, Betsy Ringer, and Lori Burrell ~ reached out to me in Dallas at the NACWE conference when I was feeling uncertain and a bit overwhelmed as I prepared to launch Beacon to Purpose. My women friends of NACWE are such a inspiration to me. As an author, I worked in solitude—isolated for days in the corner of my home office. Since I’ve connected with NACWE, my life is packed with the prayers and fellowship of women who “get me.” Women friends who come alongside me, both in the hard times and in the joyous celebrations.
