How to add some FIRE to your business!

My favorite quote is by John Wesley, “Catch on fire with enthusiasm and people will come for miles to watch you burn!”  I am a “girl on fire” for God, business and women entrepreneurs.

As I was creating my new trainings for 2013, I began to think about the FIRE that each of us need to stay moving and motivated.   It is about that spark and igniting your passion and dreams once again.  It is about inspiration and information.

Here is my new F.I.R.E. Formula for women on a misson:

The F is for Focus:  We need that FOCUS each day as we take on the business tasks.  This could be setting your timer to stay on a project.  It could be turning OFF all technology for a day each week to focus on your writing.  It might even mean going to a remote or “secret” location to finish that book.  What do you need to do to stay FOCUSED? 

The I is for Implement:  We need to take our dreams out of the talking stage and into the IMPLEMENTATION stage.   Often we are so busy planning that we never get busy doing.  Implementation is about getting the WORK done.  It is about sitting down to write the chapters, finish the ebook, complete the training program.  What do you need to do to start IMPLEMENTING? 

The R is for Refresh:  We need time each day to REFRESH our brain.  This might be in between sessions, a short prayer, or a quick trip to run an errand with your favorite music blaring.  It means getting out in the sun for some exercise, leaving your office to go meet a friend for lunch, and also leaving town for a short vacation.  Just like we have to hit refresh on our computers, we need to hit REFRESH on our business.  What do you need to do to REFRESH each day? 

The E is for Envision:  We need time each day for vision casting and dream building.  We need time to plan for our future and see the entire master schedule.  Sometimes we become guilty of tunnel vision instead of seeing where God is sending us.   How can you make time to ENVISION more often? 

As a part of the new Women Entrepreneurs University, we are including group VIP FIRE days that include each of these four critical pieces.  Is now the time for you to get that FIRE going again in your business?   I say YES.  I say NOW is the time.
