I love being a female entrepreneur because I get to meet people from ALL over the world; I love being able to share my heart & the love of Jesus with everyone I meet.

To be completely honest, it was never my intent to begin an online ministry…but God had other plans for me!

Empowering Christian Women (ECW) was birthed four years ago during a time that I had been working for a direct sales company.  My intent was to make a website to share about the company & the benefits it had to offer; but God’s intent was for me to share about Him & the amazing benefits that He has to offer!!!

”A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.”   ~  Proverbs 16:9

As I started sharing the multiple Christian resources that I had collected over the years ~ e-books, mp3 downloads, audiobooks, training materials, freebies, online conferences, webcasts, etc. ~  an online Christian Resource Center was designed & developed by God’s prompting.

Something funny ~ I really don’t see myself as an entrepreneur.  I’m just being who I am and doing what I love to do each & every day.  I love cheering people on to be all that God has designed them to be.

My big dream is that these Christian resources will touch and change lives all across the nations.   With time, I would like to do more speaking engagements to share how my life & the lives of others have been changed by the transforming power of Jesus Christ ~  the One who gives real life!

There have been many people on my Christian journey that I have learned a lot from.  One mentor who has been invaluable in my Christian walk has been Pastor Mark Lautamus.  With his encouragement & direction, I have pursued the dream of having an online ministry.

I have also gleaned a lot from Diane Cunningham and the members of NACWE.  I love learning from others and enjoy the associated networking and camaraderie.  Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm, your heart and your experiences (valuable lessons) you have learned along the way.

What would I share with someone else starting out on this entrepreneurial journey?
