My proclamation….for 2012
I choose to…
- Live each day fully
- Run in the rain
- Love abundantly even when it leads to pain
- Watch for opportunities and embrace them with action
- Forgive myself and others over and over
- Allow God to fight for me
- Be still
- Give generously
- Honor my past, but not stay there due to FEAR
- Celebrate my gifts by using them to SHINE
- Wait for God’s promises and timing
- Set wise and healthy boundaries
- Speak my truth even, and especially when it frightens me
- Trust the process
- Dance with purpose and joy as often as I can
- Appreciate the body that God gave me and LIVE IN IT
- Eat a balanced amount while enjoying food that I love
- Surrender things that I cannot control or comprehend, and know that most everything falls in this category
- Be willing to succeed beyond what is comfortable to me financially and step into a new place of prosperity
- Write daily
- Spend time with friends as often as possible
- Invest in myself and others
- Embrace my inner BLING
- Donate, delete, or delegate all things that NO longer serve me or bring me JOY
- Be present and allow the future to unfold
- Give myself permission
- Be Diane

I choose to be “Just Me!”
Accepting my limitations and expanding my boundaries, I have been appointed by God as the CEO of my life here on earth and with that election I will be RADIANT, shining brightly by drawing closer to Him.
I will be mindful of God’s intentions for me, realizing He did not intend for me to do it all on my own.
I will be cognizant of the fact that my attitude can change my mindset in just a moments notice.
I will own the joy He freely gives me by recognizing just how good things really are.
I will relish in the peace that only comes from knowing Him and allowing Him to reside in my heart.
I will exercise kindness habitually not because I have to but because I want to.
I will accept those things that are within my control and turn over those which are not.
I will work as unto Him not to anyone directly in this life.
I will focus on cultivating the relationships I have already made by interacting face-to-face, meeting for lunch or coffee and making phone calls to hear that special someone’s voice.
I choose to be mindful of my purpose in each thing I do from shopping to cooking, from sleeping to waking, and from talking to listening.
I choose to be present in my life not letting it happen but by causing it to be as God designed fearfully and wonderfully made.
I will encourage those who come in contact with me to want to find their own RADIANT life.
I will plan for success by being prepared whether it be in deed or word.
I will invest in me–physically, mentally and spiritually.
I will be trusting in Him to reveal the plans He has for me in His timing not mine.
There won’t be any grass growing under my feet in this upcoming year because God knows the plans He has for me. I’m ready to shine in 2012!
