What Is A Vision Statement?

A vision statement is a one or two page written example of what you see in your future as you live out your mission, reach for your goals, and accomplish your dreams. Another way to “see” your vision is on a vision board. A vision board is a great tool to help your mind “see” your dreams in a picture format. Find pictures and words that speak to you abou who you want to be, where you want to go, and the life you’re creating. This could be something you do every year. Be creative! I encourage you to write your vision statement and work on a vision board. Ask God to show you His vision for you. Write a rough draft of your Life Message today, block out some time to create your vision board, and share it out loud with family and friends.
