How can you use the new seasons in your marketing?
You want everything you do in your business to be relevant and timely. Ask yourself when you want to create a new product, event, or service, “Why now?”
Is it back to school time? New Year’s Day? Your birthday? A special holiday? Why would my clients or customers need this new product, service, or event right now? How can I relate it to this time of year, and vice versa? When I had my candle business, the busiest time of year was September and October because people were wanting gifts for the holidays that would spread cheer and happiness.
Build excitement. It’s back to school time, so apply that to your business. The summer months may be more challenging. Maybe it’s time for a change, time for a new website – the old one is not really you anymore. Maybe it’s time to offer something different. Figure out YOUR business, your clients, how you can serve them what they need and want at this time of year – and then take action! Your best season is NOW.
