The end of the year is my planning period. Do you have any suggestions to help me assess and track my progress for the upcoming year?
Answer:
For an honest assessment of where you succeeded this past year, places you missed, and what you would like to do differently in the coming year, I offer an adapted version of my Weekly Review taken from the Inspired Business Toolkit.
I recommend you find a quiet corner, a smoking cup of coffee, and ask yourself these tough questions. I also encourage you to be completely authentic in your answers!
What action(s) did I take during this past year?
What were my wins or successes?
What were my challenges?
How did I overcome those challenges and when did they stop me in my path?
What have I learned about myself this past year?
What is my focus for the upcoming year?
What do I most want to accomplish next year?
What progress have I made toward my goals? What has changed?
What three words would I use to describe last year?
What three words do I want to describe the coming year?
