CEO Of Becoming Irresistible, Certified Master Marketer & Jesus-Loving Impact-Driven Coach
You deserve a business that aligns with your mission and mandate, genuine to your values and beliefs. I believe that wholeheartedly and together we can make that happen.
Hi there. My name is Heather Rosson. I’m the founder and CEO of Becoming Irresistible, a coaching and strategy business that guides Entrepreneurs in building a powerful marketing machine using proven systems and processes.
As a certified Lifeforming Leadership Coach, I’ve empowered hundreds of women to connect their passion with God’s purpose and create the life and business of their dreams.
I’m also a Certified Master Marketer. And I’ve spent years developing and sharpening my marketing skills to help others increase their revenue – without straying from their values or vision. I believe we all have a message to share. That’s why I help my clients embrace marketing strategies that feel good (and actually work!).
Our best lives are found at the intersection of faith, family, and fun. That’s certainly where I found mine! I love helping entrepreneurs create an environment where they can focus their energy on building a profitable business that honors God. My hope for them is simple: Discover how to run a business in a way that leaves room for the things that matter most – praising God, taking care of their family, and having fun while they do it.
And this heart-centered approach to business pays off! On average, my clients’ profitability increases by 30% within six months of working with me. Their productivity and career satisfaction skyrockets even higher (often by more than 50%!). And these results aren’t just a happy accident. I use tried-and-true strategies to coach my clients to clear the weeds and define the direction of their business. I empower them to take the reins and step into their role as leaders.
Honestly, some days I can’t believe this is the work I’m called to do. Watching entrepreneurs I’ve coached experience the joy of a well-balanced life – where they can be both a great mom and the CEO of a successful business – is where I feel most accomplished. That’s what drives me to do what I do.
I’ve always loved seeing others succeed. So my first career brought me into the classroom. By teaching math to high school students, I developed strategies to help students understand the power of a simple mathematical formula. Of course, math didn’t always come easy for everyone. But the challenge of teaching the subject allowed me to develop and test my coaching skills – something I’m thankful for today.
Although I loved teaching, juggling the demands of my career, family, church, and more started to take its toll. So I did what any out-of-the-box strategist does when pushed to their limit: I created a process to accomplish everything as efficiently as possible. And as much as it helped me balance the essential elements in my life, I realized that I could apply my passion for building strategies to the business world.
As a child of an entrepreneurial family, I grew up seeing both the sacrifice and stress that comes with building a business. But I also knew the key to time, freedom and financial security was found in entrepreneurship. So, armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, and a Master’s of Arts in Practical Theology, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and immersed myself in every aspect of building and marketing a local service company.
These days I have my hands full with NACWE & Becoming Irresistible. But because of the strategies I’ve built and systems I’ve put into place, I can happily balance my client work with my greatest loves – my commitment to God and my family. I currently live in the beautiful state of Arizona, where I continue to serve at my local church as the vice-chair, treasurer, and leader of the tech team. With my husband, my three adult children, and the blessings God has given me, my life and my heart are beyond complete.
In addition to my commitments at church, I also contribute to Youth On Their Own. This local organization supports the continued success of youth experiencing homelessness in the Tucson, Arizona area. I was introduced to their mission when I saw first-hand their impact on my former students. From that moment, I knew it was an organization that aligned with my passion for teaching, helping, and serving others. And I wanted to be part of it!
I am forever grateful for the opportunities God has given me. I pray I can continue to help others experience the same joy of knowing who they are and fulfilling their divine purpose.
