29 Reasons That it is Great to be an Entrepreneur!!

29 days until I turn 40.  And today is the 4^th of July, a day of celebration and freedom!

 I am enjoying time with my family in California.  I hope you are spending time with your family, friends and loved ones during this day where we can acknowledge the amazing freedoms we enjoy in the United States.   Thank you God for the freedom of entrepreneurship

1. Freedom
2. Fun is inherent
3. Creativity is encouraged
4. Outsourcing is our friend
5. Multi-tasking is normal
6. No Rules or create our own
7. Always launching
8. Ideas can become income
9. Vision is critical
10. Leadership starts with us and ripples out in our company, community, and team
11. Coaching and mentoring for us and others is non-negotiable
12.  Time is our own
13. Flexibility with family, vacation, etc
14. Income is unlimited
15. Passion is a daily experience
16. Our work can be the same as our PLAY
17. ADD and ADHD can be a good thing
18. Our business if often portable
19. Be our own boss (or work for the best boss, GOD)
20. Quit working for someone else
21. change directions at any time and start over again and again
22. Build something new
23. Endless possibilities
24. Kids (and furry children) are accepted and part of our work day
25. Create our own team
26. Motivation is rewarded
27. Gifts and talents can be fully embraced and used
28. Rewards can be created to help inspire us, based on what speaks to us
29. Challenges are never ending
