1st Annual Conference: Member Michele Modellas Looking Forward
When I think about the First Annual NACWE conference, I look forward with great expectations.
We’re making history, ladies. And I’m excited to be a part of the history of the organization. I also think about the line up of speakers, topics, and the camaraderie with other like-minded women–all in the atmosphere of professional support and growth.
Diane and the rest of the team have done a fantastic job bringing a variety of topics and speakers to meet the needs and interests of everyone. They are practical enough for quick application yet advanced enough to challenge us to add our own uniqueness for our individual businesses. These topics help us take a look within ourselves to identify how we can move forward in ways we haven’t before. Having the opportunity to hear from women who will speak from the heart of God to encourage our success is priceless.
The time away from our “normal routine” to meet and network with others is surely something great to look forward to. New ideas and inspirations will spark and we all have something to contribute. The key success element that we, as Christian Entrepreneurs, have above all else is faith in our Heavenly Father paving the way for us. I like to call “chance meetings” with people Divine Appointments. I’m very much looking forward to all of the divine appointments that are already in place for me. As such, I’m looking forward to being a divine appointment for someone else.
The session topics are incredible and we are certainly going to be set up with “tools” for success. It is sure to be energy packed, motivational and inspirational for all in attendance. I’m looking forward to meeting new friends from all over the country, being inspired by their endeavors, learning from everyone and coming together in the spirit of Christian women in business.
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another (develops and molds his/her character) Proverbs 27:17 NIV. I coming with an open heart and with great expectation to experience all the conference has for me as a Christian woman entrepreneur.
