Create a sacred place for the heart-minded people you love...
A Course for ambitious God-driven women on a Mission
This course to create your Association is about bringing together your tribe, collaborating with your core audience, doing heartfelt work that honors your heart and God’s purpose for you. BE the epitome of the difference you want to see in the world.
Each week we will cover an area of an association – your Association Creation Focus for the week – so you can fully feed your heart to your full potential and build a community that is successful, fun, inspiring, and a place where everyone wants to be.
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up! Again, if two lie together, they keep warm, but how can one keep warm alone? And though a man might prevail against one who is alone, two will withstand him—a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
If I’m reading your mind, honey, it’s only because I’ve been there too
When I craved a supportive circle, I was starving. I was staring out the window from my home office and listening to the birds chirp. I knew it had to stop and something had to happen. Finally, I learned how to stop using excuses and work to distract me, and took a more hands-on heart and God-lined approach to life and business. I created the kind of sister circle and deep satisfaction I’d been craving for years…
NACWE was born in May of 2010. NACWE has grown, changed, adapted and moved forward. Sacred sisterhood.
Over the years, many of you have asked: “Diane how did you do it?
How did you build such an amazing association?”
Well sister, it has not been peaches and cream all the time – but it has been fun and life changing, not just for me, but for the women who are a part of NACWE.
You might be thinking......"What is an association exactly"?
According to BusinessDictionary.com says that an association is the gathering of people for a common cause or purpose and/or the relationship between two data items where one is dependent on, or causes, the other.
According to Wikipedia, a voluntary association or union is a group of individuals who enter into an agreement as volunteers to form a body (or organization) to accomplish a purpose.
Associations are organized for all types of purposes,
but there are some recurring benefits they typically provide their members, including (but not limited to):
• Education / Professional Development
• Information, Research, Statistics
• Standards, Codes of Ethics, Certification
• Forum (face to face or virtual) to discuss common problems and solutions
• Service: mission oriented – volunteerism and community service
• Provide a community, network, “home”, identity, participation
You might create a Club, Network, Training Group,
Membership, Alliance, Institute or Gathering.
The name is up to you!

“At the time, Diane was my executive business coach,” Georgeanne remembered. “When she told me she was starting NACWE, I absolutely jumped at the opportunity to join, especially as a charter member! I knew the vision she had for this association was something special, and wanted to be a part of it!” From the first annual NACWE conference, Georgeanne knew she had made the right decision to join. She felt confident in Diane’s leadership abilities and connected with the “awesome sisterhood” that now surrounded her. “NACWE has been a safe place to connect with wonderful sisters who believe in the same God I do,” Georgeanne said.
“Additionally, the one-on-one coaching with Diane, trainings, and valuable toolkits has taken my business to another level! Learning to use social media as a marketing tool has been invaluable.”
